PRS Green Deal

Are you a private rented sector landlord/agent?

This website has been set up by the Private Rented Sector Green Deal Technical Group which is made up of representatives from national landlord and agent organisations.

When the Government originally introduced their Green Deal proposals we recognised the need to work together to co-ordinate the private rented sector (PRS) response to the Coalition Government proposals. There is especially a need to make sure that correct technical guidance is made available for landlords and agents in the PRS and that the Green Deal is promoted.
